On Sunday, Oct. 28, at 3 p.m. the Virginia Thurston Healing Garden, 145 Bolton Road, will hold its first concert of the season. Featured musician is Stan Strickland, saxophonist, flutist, and vocalist performing Afro Asian jazz and blues. Admission is $15 (tickets only sold at the door) All proceeds benefit the services of the Healing Garden, a non-profit organization offering support, education, and therapeutic services to those affected by cancer.
