I am thankful that Rich Maiore and Noyan Kinayman have stepped up to run for Select Board. I will be voting for Rich as I believe he is the better candidate. Rich has more experience with town history and government having served on the Economic Development Committee, the Commercial Design Guidelines Committee and, currently, the Planning Board and Board of the Harvard Cultural Collaborative. He was raised here and will bring institutional knowledge of town affairs and “townie” experience to the Select Board. He has been a wonderful addition to the Planning Board and has served us well as the vice chair.
