Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester named the following students to the spring 2018 dean’s list for work completed at the A level in courses and projects: Suzanne Opalka of Depot Road, Class of 2020, majoring in industrial engineering; Peter Donaldson of Willow Road, Class of 2019, majoring in robotics engineering; and Lara Schmoyer of Stow Road, Class of 2019, majoring in biomedical engineering.
The University of Vermont in Burlington named the following students to the spring 2018 dean’s list for maintaining a grade-point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better and ranking in the top 20 percent of their class: Sarah Doben of Slough Road, Alec Jones of East Bare Hill Road, and Olivia Phillips of Oak Hill Road.
Colin Cleary has been named to the spring 2018 dean’s list at the University of Rhode Island in Kingston for maintaining at least a 3.30 GPA.
Sidra Esa of the Class of 2018 has been named to the dean’s list at Assumption College in Worcester for maintaining a GPA of at least 3.5 for a five-class, 15-credit semester.
Quentin Donahue, a freshman at Mitchell College in New London, Connecticut, was named to the dean’s lists for fall 2017 and spring 2018 for earning a GPA of at least 3.5. Quentin’s parents are Marcie and Kevin Donahue of Brown Road.
