Bare Hill Rowing Association will host the fourth annual Tour de Pond Sunday, Sept. 17, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The family-friendly community event is an oar and paddle (or any other human-powered) boat race around Bare Hill Pond. Participants will navigate around the pond on a marked course. Crafts may include single sculls, canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Recreational (flat-bottomed) sculling singles will be available on a first-come basis. Canoe and kayak duos, including parent-child and mixed teams, are welcome.
