The Charter Commission will hold a public hearing Wednesday, Sept. 13, at 7 p.m. at Town Hall to hear comments on the preliminary charter document. The commission will hear comments article by article. The final report will be submitted to the Attorney General’s office in October, after which no changes may be made.
