Rollstone Bank & Trust (RBT) has announced six promotions in several areas of the Bank.

Christopher Seidlich joins the Senior Management team in his new role of Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, where he will oversee the Bank’s finances and investments. Seidlich has been with the bank for 9 years, starting as a Financial Analyst. He received his MBA from Fitchburg State University and is a Capstone Advisor for the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Seidlich was a featured speaker in Fitchburg State’s Sterilite Scholars program and coached Westminster Youth Soccer.
Sandra Basler, promoted to Treasurer and Chief Accounting Officer, has been a dedicated employee of RBT for 40 years. Basler’s continued focus will be in financial reporting and budgeting, and her extensive background in accounting will continue to benefit the Bank. She holds a Degree in Business Administration.
Amy Bonilla was named Senior Vice President of Human Resources, the department she has worked in since 1999. As Human Resources Officer, Bonilla is actively involved in many aspects of the hiring process, employee benefits, and payroll administration. She is on the North Central MA Chamber of Commerce HR Committee and has a Bachelors degree from the University of South Florida.
Kathleen Faur has been promoted to Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager, heading up the team at the Townsend Office. She has held a number of positions in the Retail department since joining RBT in 1997, and first became Manager in 2012. In addition to running the branch and providing excellent customer service, Faur oversees safe deposit box training for the Retail department. She graduated from Fitchburg State University with a Bachelors Degree.
Melissa Kuehl was named Marketing Officer. She started in the Bank’s Retail department in 1988 before transferring to the Marketing department. Her roles in Marketing have expanded over the years, and she currently oversees market research, customer communications, management of the Bank’s website, product launches, and development of marketing programs and campaigns. Kuehl volunteers with the Phillipston Girl Scouts and serves on the Scholarship Committee for the North Central MA Chamber of Commerce. She has a Bachelors Degree from Nichols College.
Peter St. George, of the Bank’s Wealth Management division, has been promoted to Relationship Advisor. In this new role, he will assist in Trust and Estate engagements and specialize in insurance-related products, as well as continuing to service his existing accounts. St. George, who attended UMass Lowell, is designated as a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF), holds life and health licenses in 5 states, and has earned his Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses.
