Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is pleased to announce they have recently made a donation to The Virginia Thurston Healing Garden. The Healing Garden provides a community of support where integrative therapies join with nature to improve the quality of life for those affected by cancer. Karen Shea, a Realtor® with Bolton Coldwell Banker and member of The Healing Garden’s Board of Directors, presented the check.

“As we did last year, the agents in our office unanimously chose The Healing Garden as a worthy, local cause and wanted to show their appreciation and offer assistance. We are delighted to be able to help the efforts of The Healing Garden by making a donation through Coldwell Banker Cares (CBCares), our company’s charitable foundation,” said Kim Montella, Sales Manager for Bolton Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Many Coldwell Banker Realtors® donate a portion of their earnings to CBCares and each individual office determines the nonprofits to which they donate.
Ms. Margaret Koch, Executive Director at The Healing Garden, said, “Since we rely entirely on donations to maintain, broaden and enhance our programs and services, we are very thankful for the continuing support from Coldwell Banker.” Philanthropic support is a critical lifeline in helping to ensure The Healing Garden can continue to provide the necessary services to all of their clients, regardless of their ability to pay.
The Virginia Thurston Healing Garden, located at 145 Bolton Rd in Harvard, MA 01451, is an educational nonprofit organization dedicated to providing integrative cancer care through therapeutic services, educational programs, and a healing environment for all people with a cancer diagnosis, as well as providing wellness education and support to promote cancer prevention for the community at large.
