Pick-your-own apples through at least the weekend; check Facebook page for varieties and availability next week. Honeycrisp, McIntosh, Cortland, Macoun, Gala, Empire, and Northern Spy apples available in the store. Corn unless there’s a bad frost, zucchini, green peppers, butternut and buttercup squash from Brookdale Fruit Farm in Hollis, New Hampshire.
Doe Orchards, 327 Ayer Road
Pick-your-own Macoun, Fuji, Gala, Ruby Mac, Cortland, McIntosh, Golden Supreme, Golden and Red Delicious, Jonagold, and Mutsu apples. Honeycrisp and all of the pick-your-own varieties are available at the stand except Red Delicious and Mutsu. Doe’s pumpkins, gourds, and honey are also at the stand; half gallons of cider are available.
Harvard General Store, 1 Still River Road

Westward Orchards, 178 Massachusetts Avenue
Pick-your-own McIntosh and Cortland apples. Those varieties available in the store as well, along with Granny Smith, Roxbury Russet, Empire, Baldwin, Golden Delicious, and Macoun apples, and Asian, Bosc, and Red Bartlett pears. Also their own pumpkins, gourds, onions, shallots, winter squash, celery, lettuce, cucumbers, beans, broccoli, carrots, summer squash, zucchini, Swiss chard, kale, peppers, leeks, onions, eggplant, beets, cabbage, tomatoes (including heirloom and cherry), potatoes, and mixed herbs.
Willard Farm, 218 Still River Road
Red Norland and Green Mountain potatoes, as well as some “anonymous spuds.” Pumpkins and gourds of all shapes and sizes, and lots of varieties of winter squash, including butternut, acorn, delicata, carnival, buttercup, blue Hubbard, and cushaw. Corn will be done soon; get it while you can. A few hot pepper plants in pots, already producing peppers.
