March computer workshops
The COA offers on ongoing series of interactive computer workshops Friday afternoons from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Hildreth House.

Watercolor classes
Harvard resident Karen Dolimount will offer a series of four watercolor classes at Hildreth House Tuesdays from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. The first class is Tuesday, March 8. The $5 fee covers all four weeks. Bring an old shirt or apron to protect clothes.
TED Talk
TED Talks cover a wide variety of topics, each talk lasting no longer than 18 minutes. On Thursday, March 10, from 1 to 2 p.m., seniors are invited to view “Malcolm Gladwell: Choice, Happiness, and Spaghetti Sauce.”
Let’s go to the movies
The COA will host a movie Monday, March 14, at 1 p.m. in Volunteers Hall. Tom Hanks stars and Steven Spielberg directs this Cold War drama of a lawyer negotiating the exchange of a Soviet spy with an American pilot whose plane was shot down.
St. Patrick’s Day party
The COA will hold its annual St. Patrick’s Day party Thursday, March 17, at noon at Holy Trinity Parish. Lunch will be a traditional corned beef dinner. There is a limit of 60 seats; reservations by March 10 are necessary.
All about senior scams
Detective Daniele Fortunato of Harvard’s Police Department will be the guest speaker at the COA lunch Thursday, March 17, at noon. She will discuss scams that put seniors at risk, how to avoid them, and what to do if you fall victim to one.
