TED Talk
TED Talks cover a wide variety of topics, each talk lasting no longer than 18 minutes. On Thursday, Feb. 18, from 1 to 2 p.m., seniors are invited to view a TED Talk at Hildreth House: “Sarah Jones: A One-Woman Global Village.”
Beauty Day
On Wednesday, Feb. 24, get a shampoo and cut, a manicure, or a facial at Monty Tech and then lunch at Monty Tech’s Mountain Room restaurant. The van will leave at 9:30 a.m. and costs $2. All treatments are at a reduced price.
Mr. Sandman project

The Council on Aging has worked with Harvard’s DPW to fill sand buckets for seniors to help keep stairs and walkways safe in winter’s ice and snow. Bromfield students Luca Basile and Tommy Jackovitz and members of Girl Scout Troop 30892 helped deliver the “Mr. Sandman” buckets to residents.
