Police announce breaks in burglary cases

January 15, 2015

A police investigation sparked by two housebreaks in Harvard in October 2014 has finally led to information that tied the incidents to two suspects. This week police filed charges against a 32-year-old woman and a 37-year-old man, both from Worcester. Each is charged with two counts of receiving stolen property valued at less than $250 and one count of receiving stolen property worth more than $250. The suspects’ names are being withheld pending their arraignment in Clinton District Court.

As part of another burglary investigation in town, detectives this week recovered items from a pawn shop that they have connected with a Harvard resident. Charges are pending; the name is being withheld pending arraignment.
