WOW’s goal is to prevent and reduce obesity in preschoolers and school aged children who participate in the program. It promotes health through education, innovation, and access to services.

Amenities at the Montachusett YMCA include an indoor pool, wellness center, gymnasium, 2 group exercise studios, racquetball court, family locker room, and steam and sauna rooms.
