Mary Helan Turner of Littleton County Road will play Domina, the domineering wife, in the musical comedy “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum,” at the Cannon Theater, 410 Great Road on the Littleton Common. This farce, with music by Stephen Sondheim and book by Burt Shevelove and Larry Gelbart, won the Tony Award for Best Musical in 1962. Turner, who is sharing the role with Perry Allison of Vermont, will be performing May 16, 24, 30, and matinee and evening of May 31. The play will run through June 7.
