Liz Allard, conservation agent and land-use administrator for the town of Harvard, has earned a certificate of completion for local planning and zoning, level 2, from the Citizen Planner Training Collaborative. The Collaborative provides local planning and zoning officials with tools to make effective decisions regarding current and future land use. Allard has worked for the town of Harvard since 2001.
