Pot Luck supper at Unitarian Church Fellowship Building, Elm Street

Joyce Gallagher, RN, BSN, MSEd, Director of Nursing, Good Shepherd Community Care Hospice, and Anne Marie Rowse, BS MBA LNHA,CMC, both from Harvard, will talk about in-home care, housing options, adult day programs, caregiver support, advance directives, and options available for chronic illness and end-of-life care. This program is hosted by the Woman’s Alliance of the Harvard Unitarian Universalist Church and is free and open to the public.
