Edward and Dianne Carter of The Villages, Fla., formerly of Harvard, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kori Carter, to Matthew Gillespie, son of Paul and Mary Gillespie of Winchester.
Kori graduated from the Bromfield School in 1992 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in marketing from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Matthew attended Trinity-Pawling School in Pawling, N.Y., and graduated from Washington College in Chestertown, Md., with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.
The couple is planning a 2013 summer wedding.
