Harvard Republican Town Committee meeting
The Harvard Republican Town Committee will hold its monthly meeting on Wednesday, March 14, at 7:30 p.m. in the Hildreth House. Will Sullebarger of the Bromfield Young Republican Club will be the acting Chairman. Elections of officers will be held.
Roche Bros. to host Celebration fundraiser
On Thursday, March 29, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Roche Bros. in Acton, Bromfield’s Celebration Committee will be hosting a fundraising event to benefit Celebration 2012, Harvard’s alcohol- and drug-free night of entertainment held each year after the prom. The committee asks that shoppers hand their receipts to committee volunteers at the store. No further donation is requested.

Online auction supports NRWA
The Nashua River Watershed Association 2012 Online Auction is open. Proceeds from the auction will benefit the NRWA. Items include Celtics and Red Sox tickets; designer and vintage jewelry; fly fishing gear from Orvis; personalized adventures like a private tour of the Seaside Trolley Museum in Maine led by one of the trolley restoration experts; clothing from Patagonia; a handmade alpaca hat and gloves; and car detailing. Register for Special Town Meeting on March 28
The last day to register to vote or to change your address for the Special Town Meeting on March 28 is Friday, March 16. On that day, the Town Clerk’s office will be open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
