Tuesday, February 8
Mass. State Police reported a possible accident on the westbound on-ramp of Route 2 at 12:30 a.m. The driver was able to free the car by the time Harvard police arrived to investigate. At 6:04 a.m. a driver reported that a car had passed his on Ayer Road in front of Dunkin’ Donuts. Police did not locate the car. A car went off the road into a rock on Stow Road due to slippery road conditions at 3:26 p.m. There was minor damage; no tow was required. At 8:14 p.m. a caller reported that cars were double-parked in the parking lot by the Unitarian Church. Police found there were two meetings in progress in the area and notified meeting-goers that cars had to be moved.
Wednesday, February 9
At 10:26 a.m. an East Bare Hill road resident called to speak with an officer about an incident involving some juveniles. At 5:32 p.m. a caller reported that there was a car parked in a bad spot at the old library. Police located the owner and asked to have the car moved. At 7 p.m. a caller reported that there was a car headed south on Mass. Ave. driving erratically. Police did not locate the vehicle, but notified Boxborough police that it could be headed in their direction.
Thursday, February 10
A larceny was reported at a business on Oak Hill Road at 1:54 p.m. A Harvard resident stopped at the station to report that money had been stolen from his account at a Rhode Island bank. He was advised that Harvard police had no jurisdiction in the matter. At 7:45 p.m. police arrested a juvenile at a Woodchuck Hill Road residence for domestic assault and battery.
Friday, February 11
The ambulance transported a woman to Leominster Hospital from a Blanchard Road residence at 2:03 a.m. Police investigated a single-car accident on Old Littleton Road at 7:44 a.m. The car had gone off the road and was stuck in a snow bank. Police helped the driver free the car. No tow was required, and no citations were issued. The ambulance took a woman to Emerson Hospital from a Bolton Road residence at 7:58 a.m. At 8:28 a.m. a caller reported that a car parked on the side of Oak Hill Road was a potential traffic hazard.
Saturday, February 12
At 8:55 a.m. someone called to complain about cars near Town Hall. A Prospect Hill Road resident called at 12:10 p.m. to report receiving harassing phone calls and was advised how to track phone calls by dialing *57. A woman was taken by ambulance to Nashoba Valley Medical Center from Fruitlands Museum at 3:07 p.m. At 8:25 p.m. someone called to complain about cars parked near the Fire Station. At 11:44 p.m. a caller reported that a white SUV had just dropped off three people dressed in black at Pizza Bella. Police found the three had just gotten out of a soccer game and had been dropped off there to catch another ride home.
Sunday, February 13
An Ayer Road resident reported hearing gunshots at 1:34 p.m. Police determined that a neighbor was target shooting on his own property.
Monday, February 14
At 9:23 a.m. an Ayer Road resident called to report that a carburetor had been stolen from a vehicle he was rebuilding sometime between June and now. He said he wanted it on record for insurance purposes. At noon a caller reported that someone was having trouble getting over a snow bank on Stow Road. Police did not locate the person.
