Little League registration open
Harvard Little League Baseball and Softball registration is now open. Participants can register online at www.harvardbaseball.org and click the “Register Online” tab for the 2011 spring season. Harvard Little League is for boys and girls ages 5 to 12. Standard registration is open until Dec. 31; after that late fees apply.
Boxborough surveying interest in shuttle to commuter rail station
The town of Boxborough is surveying Harvard and Bolton residents who currently use the MBTA commuter rail train or would use the train if free parking and a shuttle service were available from a designated parking area at the Boxborough Holiday Inn. The survey is ONLY three questions and is available online. There is a link on the town of Harvard’s home page at http://harvard.ma.us. The survey is also directly available on the town of Boxborough’s web page at www.town.boxborough.ma.us/Harvardshuttleform.pdf.
Expanded holiday hours at Fort Devens Museum
The Fort Devens Museum will offer expanded hours of operation during the holiday week between Christmas and New Year’s Day. The museum will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily from Monday, Dec. 27, through Friday, Dec. 31. The museum will be closed Friday, Dec. 24.
