The Devens Eco-Efficiency Center recently received an Outstanding Environmental-Energy Achievement Award from the Environmental Business Council, New England (EBCNE) at the EBCNE’s 20th annual meeting and awards celebration, held at the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston. The award was presented in recognition of the development and operation of the Devens Eco-Efficiency Center and the EcoStar program. On hand to witness the award were Senator Jamie Eldridge; Devens Enterprise Commission (DEC) Chairman Bill Marshall; DEC Director/Land Use Administrator Peter Lowitt; EBCNE President Dan Moon; members of the Eco-Efficiency Center board of directors—Executive Director Dona Neely, Secretary Lisa McLaughlin, and member Russ Smith
