Ecumenical Youth Group helps gardeners

The Harvard Ecumenical Youth Group and Harvard resident Kate Deyst, co-founder of Growing Places Garden Project, Inc., installed two sustainable raised-bed gardens to benefit two families in Lancaster in late May. The mission of Growing Places is to enhance the food security of people with limited economic means by donating vegetable gardens and helping them to grow their own food.
