Harbormaster appointed
As requested by the Parks and Recreation Commission, the selectmen appointed Bob O’Shea harbormaster for the town, with a term to run until June 30, 2010. The appointment was necessary to give legal standing to the docks and moorings at Bare Hill Pond, according to the selectmen.
Shaker Hills liquor license
The selectmen opened a public hearing on the Shaker Hills Golf Club liquor license request, but continued it to April 7, when they expect that Town Counsel Mark Lanza will be able to attend.
