I would like to thank everyone who participated in the PTO’s Festival of Cultures, whether as an ambassador, performer, committee member, volunteer, or simply an attendee. I am led, once again, to say “I love this town!”
I am continually impressed with the support this town offers to worthy events. For instance, when we put out requests for participants, we received more responses then we could have hoped for. Plus, the quality of the ambassadors’ displays was very impressive. I found myself very moved during the performances. Seeing the pride in the performers’ faces, seeing the audience enthralled, hearing the kids “ooh” and “aah” over the performances made all of the hard work worth it. Thank you, everyone, for attending and enjoying our first Festival of Cultures.
