The National Nursing Staff Development Organizations (NNSDO) of Pensacola, Florida, recently announced that Deb Krepcio of Still River Road and the Surgical Program’s Preceptor Group at Children’s Hospital of Boston are recipients of the NNSDO Excellence in Preceptorship Award. This award recognizes excellence in a preceptor program that enhances the learner’s competence in providing quality health care. The Surgical Program’s Preceptor Group was acknowledged for the value it places on teamwork, its spirit of inquiry, and its commitment to professional development. Krepcio and the members of the team were recognized at the recent NNSDO convention in Atlanta, Georgia.
