In the January 19 issue of the Harvard Press, David Richard suggests a traffic light in the center instead of a four-way stop. I go through there twice a day, and I disagree. Just remember that when two vehicles arrive at the intersection at the same time, the vehicle on the right has the right of way. So someone coming from Still River yields to the vehicle coming from Boxborough. The person coming from Boxborough yields to the person coming from the library, the person coming from the library yields to the person coming from the rotary, and the person coming from the rotary yields to the person coming from Still River.
