Not Just Another Tai Chi class…

This is a unique Focus & Flow experience that goes beyond learning forms. Discover how ancient Tai Chi principles and modern body mechanics come together to improve spinal mobility, pelvic movement, breath coordination, and the free flow of Qi.

Learn practical methods—including traditional Chinese Paida—to support healthy movement, stimulate the body’s natural energy pathways, and enhance balance, posture, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Move with purpose. Breathe with awareness. Flow with ease.

All ages, abilities, and fitness levels welcome!

Master Latecki is recognized as one of the Top 100 Extraordinary Martial Artists of the World, a prominent Wushu coach, a 2023 Martial Arts Hall of Fame Inductee, an 8th Degree Black Belt, and an Honorary Master with over 40 years of teaching and practicing Tai Chi.

Registration is not required but registrants will receive a reminder and a notification if we have to cancel due to weather! Registering once registers you for all sessions but you do not need to attend every session.
