Over the last many months, the ZBA has put in an enormous amount of time, effort and integrity into its review of the proposed nonconforming tower on 12 Woodchuck Hill Rd., as did Liz Allard. They did a spectacularly good job, which I deeply appreciate. Such professionalism in a volunteer committee is an extraordinary gift to the town. Thank you.
