At their first meeting following town elections, the Board of Selectmen Tuesday night elected Lucy Wallace as their chairman for the coming year.
Selectman Ron Ricci nominated Wallace. Though none was required, Selectman Bill Johnson seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous.
This is Wallace’s fifth term as a selectman. She previously served on the board for 12 years, ending in 2009.
In other action, Selectmen chose Tim Clark as vice chairman for the coming year and Marie Sobalvarro as secretary.
