Learn the rich history of Harvard’s dairy, poultry, potato, peach, and of course apple industries and some of Harvard’s oldest families (Willard, Whitney, Houghton, Turner, and Sawyer) as well as 20th-century newcomers Hermann, Carlson, Eldridge, Madigan, and Watt.
