The varsity boys soccer team advanced to the quarterfinals (round of 8) in this year’s Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association Division 3 state championship, after defeating No. 15 seed Ipswich 2-0 on Nov. 8, the team’s 16th shutout of the season. Next up was a Nov. 12 quarterfinal in which the team faced No. 7 seed Abington on Norton Field at Ayer Shirley High School.
At the MIAA Division 3 divisional cross-country championships at Devens, Nov. 8, the boys and girls teams placed second in their races, dual runners-up for the first time in anyone’s memory. Both teams qualified for the state championships scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 15, at Devens.
Boys soccer (16-1-2)
- 11/8 MIAA D4 Tournament round of 16 vs. Ipswich, 2-0
- 11/12 MIAA D4 Tournament round of 8 vs. Abington, 1-0, win, double overtime
Boys cross-country (8-0)
- 11/8 MIAA Division 3C championship. The boys were runners-up with 86 points. Junior Ben McWaters placed second with a time of 16 minutes, 17.33 seconds.

Girls cross-country (8-1)
- 11/8 MIAA Division 3C championship. The girls were runners-up with 78 points. Senior Rosie Bradley placed fourth among 159 runners with a time of 19:57.26.
