Interscholastic sports competition among Massachusetts high schools begins Sept. 2, the day after Labor Day. The Press will be following Bromfield’s six varsity squads, listed below, as well as the Bromfield Acton-Boxborough rowing team, a Bare Hill Pond-based club sport popular with Bromfield students. Bromfield is a member of the Midland-Wachusett League, and each varsity team competes with those of six or seven central Massachusetts schools of similar size and competitiveness.
