Full moon hike
Staff at Fruitlands Museum will lead a hike under the almost-full moon Friday, June 21, 7 p.m. at 102 Prospect Hill Road. This easy-to-moderate walk through the historic landscape of Fruitlands offers stunning views of the setting sun and the rising moon. Harvard Music Festival concert
Fivesparks and the Harvard Music Festival invite the public to their celebration concert Saturday, June 22, 7:30 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Church, 9 Ayer Road. Meet the young musicians and their coaches who are participants in this year’s festival, and hear the chamber pieces they’ve rehearsed during the week. Suggested donation $20 at the door.
Afternoon storytelling
Fugitive Productions will host storytelling Sunday, June 23, at 3 p.m. at Old Frog Pond Farm & Studio at 38 Eldridge Road. Featured tellers include Moth and Massmouth Story Slam winners and champions, theater professionals, and authors. Community members will also be telling, some for the first time. Fruitlands celebrates Pride
Join Fruitlands Museum, 102 Prospect Hill Road, Sunday, June 23, for a day of Pride celebrations. Visit the museum during daytime hours for family-friendly activities, suitable for all ages, including crafts and guided hikes. Stay for ticketed events in the afternoon and evening: a Pride concert at 4 p.m. with Flamy Grant (suitable for all ages) and a Pride tea dance, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. (21+). Clean technology at Devens
Community members are invited to learn about Devens’ growing clean-tech cluster at a special event Tuesday, June 25, 5 p.m. at the Pathway KSP Canteen, 65 Jackson Road. Hear from businesses recently named to Time Magazine’s 2024 Top 100 Green-Tech Companies and from developer King Street Properties. The event will include a reception with team members from Electric Hydrogen and Commonwealth Fusion Systems followed by a panel discussion on the Devens ecosystem. Managing invasive plants
The Harvard Conservation Commission and Harvard Climate Initiative Committee will host “Managing Backyard Invasives,” presented by Jane Maloney of the Sudbury Valley Trustees, Tuesday, June 25, at 6:30 p.m. in Volunteers Hall at the Harvard Public Library.

The Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce will host a networking evening Wednesday, June 26, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Virginia Thurston Healing Garden, 145 Bolton Road. Classic rock at Carlson Orchards
Harvard-based rock band Sonic Union will perform outdoors on Saturday, June 29, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Carlson Orchards, 115 Oak Hill Road. The six-piece group plays a mix of classic and contemporary tunes.
Fruitlands summer band concerts
The Concord Band returns to Fruitlands Museum for their summer concert series, Wednesdays, July 3-24, at 102 Prospect Hill Road. Concerts begin at 7:15 p.m.; gates open at 5 p.m. Gather on the lawn for an evening concert with stunning sunset views. Pack a picnic meal and snacks; food or beverages are not available for purchase. Dogs are welcome but must remain leashed.

Fun run and 5-miler
The Great Harvard 4th of July Race will be run Thursday, July 4, starting at 8:15 a.m at the Bromfield School, 14 Mass. Ave. The 1-mile fun run will start at 9:30 a.m., and on-site registration for both opens at 6:30 a.m. Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers in seven different divisions, and postrace refreshments will be available. Summer kickoff carnival in Littleton
The Rotary Club of Littleton will host a carnival, June 20-23, in the parking lot of the former IBM building off 550 Great Road near Littleton Common. Hours are Friday, June 21, 6 to 11 p.m.; Saturday, June 22, 1 to 11 p.m.; and Sunday, June 23, 1 to 9 p.m. The fair will include rides and games, a beer garden, musical entertainment, and plenty to eat. This is a great family event. Net proceeds will benefit Littleton’s tax reduction program for the elderly and disabled and other local nonprofits.
Nashua River Brewers Festival
Beers for Good will host the 14th annual Nashua River Brewers Festival Saturday, June 29, 1 to 6 p.m. at Riverfront Park, 51 Commercial Street, Fitchburg. Meet some of the region’s top brewers and sample 30+ craft breweries from across New England.
