We moved here in 1998 and continue to enjoy and proudly support our town. We are active in the Harvard Lions Club and Holy Trinity Parish. Rarely have we written a letter to the Press but we feel strongly that it is imperative that we conduct a thorough and exhaustive search for our new town administrator.
By hiring an independent research firm we will eliminate the tendency to overload a group of volunteer men and women, all of whom are professionals in the workforce, with the job of recruiting, vetting, and interviewing candidates for the most important office in our town government.
The price of an incomplete search is too high. The candidate that is the best fit will have the support of an experienced team and together they can move Harvard forward with wise leadership.
