The Bromfield School Performing Arts Department announces the following students were accepted into the Massachusetts Music Educators Association’s Senior District Festival and will perform at Mechanics Hall in Worcester in mid-January:
- Ioni Bishop, choir
- Albert Chen, clarinet (band)
- Mairead Daly, choir
- Joe Donahue, choir
- Lena Pierson, trombone (jazz band)
- Maggie Reitman, choir
- Ien Ruark, choir
- Thalia Ruark, choir
- Thaman Surya, snare drum (orchestra)
Pierson, Daly, Reitman, and Ien and Thalia Ruark scored high enough on their auditions to be recommended to audition for a place in the All-State Festival.
