Fire and Ambulance Log: November 28 to December 4, 2023

The Harvard Ambulance responded to 10 calls and transported two patients to the hospital, one with Advanced Life Support services on board. The ambulance responded to two motor vehicle collisions; there were no requests for a lift assist.

Thursday, Nov. 30
At 10:42 p.m. firefighters were called to the crash on Interstate 495, but the call was canceled while they were en route.

Saturday, Dec. 2
At 5:45 p.m. Engine 2 went to the site of the crash on Route 2 and provided safety at the scene, while Engine 4 stood by. At 6:22 p.m. the crew of Engine 4 responded to a medical emergency on Ayer Road and transported someone to the hospital, as the ambulance was then transporting an injured person from the Route 2 crash.

Sunday, Dec. 3
At 6:21 p.m. a fire alarm went off at a Mettacomet Path home; no fire was found, and it is unclear what set off the alarm.
