In November 2006, a few Harvard citizens, missing the Harvard Post, the town’s newspaper that had been sold to a news conglomerate, published the first issue of the Harvard Press. The rest is history. Since then, editors, reporters, and photographers have continued to give the gift of local news to the Harvard community. You can help keep the Press alive for another 17 years and beyond. Here’s how:
- Patronize our advertisers, many of whom appear in our 2023 Holiday Shopping Guide, and let them know you saw them in the Press.
- Become a sustaining subscriber. More than a third of our subscribers have already taken that step, which is crucial for our operations. Click the green “Be a Sustainer” button here at harvardpress.com. Go to harvardpress.com/current-sustaining-subscribers to see the list of our current sustainers.
- Consider joining our team as a reporter, editor, photographer, or advisor. The Press will be holding an open house in early 2024 and inviting residents to drop by to see what it takes to create our award-winning paper each week and how you might contribute.
