Fall Fest
The Harvard Lions Club has rescheduled its annual Fall Fest for Saturday, Sept. 23, from 3 to 9 p.m. on the field at the Harvard Public Library, 4 Pond Road. Live music with the Barn Burners and Wednesday Night Project, food, games, kids’ play area, electric vehicle petting zoo, beverages (including beer and wine), and games will be featured.
Crafts at Fruitlands
The 11th annual Fruitlands craft festival, 102 Prospect Hill Road, takes place Saturday, Sept. 23, and Sunday, Sept. 24. Admission to the festival includes entry to Fruitlands Museum galleries, historic structures, exhibits, and trails. Admission: member adult, $6; nonmember adult, $12; children, free. ‘Secret Asian Man’
On Sunday, Sept. 24, at 10 a.m., the Harvard Unitarian Universalist Church, 9 Ayer Road, will present a service consisting of a performance by Dev Luthra, a Shakespearian actor who will perform “Secret Asian Man,” an autobiographical piece focusing on the experience of being split between cultures as a result of having parents of different ethnicities. The performance will be followed by an opportunity for dialog with the audience. This event is free and open to the public.
Fall concert at Volunteers Hall
The Row Twelve Ensemble will give its fall concert at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 24, in Volunteers Hall at the library, 4 Pond Road. The show will include classical music, jazz, film, and poetry, including “Theme and Variations on ‘Red River Valley’” by David Amram and an original composition by Jeffrey Wu. Free and open to the public.
Music and pizza
Suzanne Buell and Time Traveler will be in concert at Fivesparks, 7 Fairbanks Street, at 6 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 24, featuring folk, country, rhythm and blues, and classic rock songs. Farmer’s market
On Tuesdays, Sept. 26 and Oct. 10, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the Devens Farmer’s Market with Dick’s Market Garden will be held at the corner of Rogers Field (close to the Devens fire station at the intersection of Elm and Jackson roads).
Eat and play in Devens
Devens businesses, employees, and community members are invited to a food truck event, Wednesday, Sept. 27, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 33 Jackson Road, Devens, featuring music and food truck vendors.
Apple Harvest Ramble
The Apple Harvest Ramble half-marathon and 5k run will be held Sunday, Oct. 1, at the Bromfield School. First-place prizes are homemade apple pies from Carlson Orchards. All proceeds go to Harvard schools and local charities. Sign up and learn more at www.harvardraces.org.

Harvard Flea Market
The 51st annual Harvard Flea Market, sponsored by the Harvard Schools Trust and the League of Women Voters will be held Saturday, Oct. 7, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (rain date Oct. 8) on the fields in front of the library and Bromfield. Vendors will fill 185 booths, and thousands of bargain-hunters are expected to attend.

Habitat for Humanity’s 'A Toast to Hope'
