At 11:16 a.m. an alarm came in from a Warren Avenue home; a fire officer found someone had set off the alarm while soldering. At 4:05 p.m. both the Fire Department and the Ambulance Service were called to the crash on Interstate 495.
Wednesday, June 8
At 8:30 a.m. someone accidentally set off a fire alarm while cleaning at the Bromfield School. At 8:49 a.m. firefighters were called to Stow Road to clean up a hazardous fluid spill. At 3:18 p.m. a Prospect Hill Road resident reported trouble with a fire alarm, and a fire officer responded; no other details were available.
Saturday, June 11
The tanker and its crew went to Stow for training and drill. At 8:37 p.m. firefighters and the ambulance squad were called to the crash on Interstate 495 northbound, but the call was canceled while they were on their way.
