HCC awards grants to local cultural programs

The Harvard Cultural Council, a volunteer committee that is part of a network of 329 local councils across Massachusetts funded by the Mass Cultural Council, has announced its fiscal 2022 grant awards. The grants support cultural programming undertaken by individuals and organizations in Harvard and neighboring communities.

A total of $6,475 has been awarded to cultural programs in the town of Harvard and neighboring communities, including:

  • Harvard’s Fourth of July celebration at Fruitlands Museum
  • The Cannon Theatre
  • Musician Steve Peisch
  • Clear Path for Veterans New England
  • Indian Hill Music
  • Fitchburg Art Museum
  • Virginia Thurston Healing Garden
  • Bolton & Harvard Open Studios
  • Worcester Chamber Music Society
  • Storyteller Davis R. Bates III
  • Harvard’s Cultural Collaborative
  • Fivesparks
  • Harvard Town Band
