At 12:52 a.m. a 911 caller reported a vehicle fire on Interstate 495 northbound; however, the Boxborough Fire Department was able to handle the situation and canceled the call to Harvard.
Saturday, Dec. 4
At 7:26 a.m. Harvard sent engine 4 and the tanker to assist the Bolton Fire Department at a garage fire on Wattaquadock Hill Road; firefighters were on the scene for about three hours. At 10:21 a.m. a caller reported someone burning brush at a home on Old Littleton Road, and the duty officer advised the homeowner about the open-burning regulations.
Sunday, Dec. 5
At 8:23 p.m. a carbon monoxide alarm went off at a Woodside Road residence; the duty officer checked and found there was no need to call out the firefighters.
