I urge all voters to vote “yes” on the Nov. 2 Town Election ballot question that would sell the Bromfield House and its land to be preserved as a residence. The exterior would remain as it is presently. The site has town water and sewer, which are additional assets. The sale would generate monies for educational purposes and real estate taxes for the town and relieve the town of the expense of maintaining and insuring the building.
