By unanimous vote Tuesday night, the Select Board agreed to convene the fall session of this year’s Annual Town Meeting on Saturday, Oct. 16. Because the meeting is a continuation of the Town Meeting that met May 15, state law decrees that it begin at noon, Town Administrator Tim Bragan told the board. The meeting will be held outdoors again, under a big tent, which the Nashua River Watershed Association will use for its annual meeting the following day.
The warrant for the fall session closes Sept. 14; all articles must be submitted to the Select Board by then. Town Election will be held Nov. 2, but that warrant will be set at a future date.
