Apple Harvest Ramble features half-marathon and 5K races

The 5K race gets underway in front of the Bromfield School.. 

Sharlene Cronin (332) is all smiles as the third Harvard woman to finish along with friend Karen Corburn (332) of Lexington. They receive water at the finish from volunteers including Hamel and Landis Cronin. 

From left: Sixth-graders Roman Muller-Juez (398), Kai Kemeza (377), and Holden Terwilliger (577) await the start of the 5K race. Kemeza placed first in his age group and fifth overall with a 6:58 mile pace. 

Tracy Flynn of Shrewsbury shows off a prized pie received for winning her age group..
