Lawrence (Larry) Green, 78, who lived and worked in Harvard for much of his life, died after a long battle with heart disease on July 26, 2021.

Larry was the son of the late Carroll and Barbara Green. He is survived by his true love and wife, Diane Green, and his loving daughters, Cindy Carrero and Cheryl Hadley. He also leaves behind his sister Judy Gould and his twin brothers, Donald and Ronald Green.

Larry worked for over 30 years at the Harvard Department of Public Works and part time at Veryfine in Littleton.

Once diagnosed with cardiomyopathy, he and his wife moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. It was here that he enjoyed many pleasures including boating, growing and cultivating daylilies, and traveling with his wife. Larry was able to spend his last days working around his new house and was surrounded by his family in the end. There are no formal services planned.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association, www.heart.org.

Online condolences can be made at www.burroughs fh.com.
