It was alarming to read a letter recently in your paper in which a writer claims that diversity training programs “divide us” and are used to “implement reverse racism.” Bromfield students, both past and present, as well as their teachers, have clearly said that they need support in this area. Members of our community should listen to these needs and stand up for BIPOC people and their allies in our schools and in our community.
