Sports Roundup: January 22, 2021

January 21, 2021

Add Alpine skiing to the list of Bromfield varsity sports teams competing this winter. The boys and girls downhill Trojans skied a grand slalom last week against Acton-Boxborough, a rival in the Mass Bay West league Alpha Division to which the team belongs. The boys, led by Noah Bagley, won their race; the girls team—consisting mostly of newcomers—lost. (See story above.) Both teams will compete four to five more times this season. There will be no MIAA state meet.
