The Harvard Press has confirmed that Santa Claus’ motorcade will be traveling through town on Saturday, Dec. 19, starting at 1 p.m. Santa and his entourage will begin and end an approximately one-hour tour at 175 East Bare Hill Road.
Those who want to greet Santa, Mrs. Claus, and Santa’s elves are advised to wait outside near their homes to greet the motorcade.
According to sources at the North Pole, Santa, Mrs. Claus, and the elves are hoping to see friendly waves and hear jingling bells as they drive through Harvard. The route is as follows:
- Start at 175 East Bare Hill Road
- Right onto East Bare Hill Road
- Left onto Armstrong Road
- Left onto Bolton Road
- Right onto West Bare Hill Road
- Left onto Woodside Road
- Left onto West Bare Hill Road
- Stay on West Bare Hill Road to end
- Right onto Still River Road
- Left on Prospect Hill Road (becomes Old Shirley Road)
- Left onto Ayer Road
- Left onto Gebo Lane
- Left onto Harvard Green (circle)
- Left onto Lancaster County Road (becomes Blanchard Road)
- Right onto Old Mill Road
- Left onto Ayer Road (Route 111)
- Right onto Myrick Lane
