As snowflakes filled the air for the first time this week, several Bromfield teams had made their way into postseason matchups. The girls cross-country team and a member of the boys team were headed to the state championship this weekend, a fitting end to a successful season. The girls and boys soccer teams had beaten their central division semifinal rivals in back-to-back Veterans Day matches this week. Both teams were set to compete for a district title in matches scheduled for this Thursday, Nov. 14, in Marlborough and a chance to move on a state championships to match
Girls cross-country (4-0, 5-0)
- 11/9 MIAA Central Division 2 Championship. Team placed second, qualifying for the state championship meet. Tessa McClain was among the top ten runners, placing ninth among 184 runners.
