Bromfield senior Grace Acton of Bolton Road, along with juniors Brooke Caroom of Littleton Road, Vivian Liu of Lancaster County Road, and Max Strazdus of Tahanto Trail, took part in Super Sunday on October 20 at WGBH Studios in Brighton. On Super Sunday, student teams of four took an identical written quiz that covered a range of subjects from literature and science to math, history, and culture. The Bromfield team members gave it their best shot against tough competition, but they did not make it into the 14 top scoring teams that will advance to compete on the program “High School Quiz Show.” The season premiere is Saturday, Feb. 1, at 6 p.m. on WGBH 2.
