Harvard resident Sonya Ovrutsky Fensome will perform Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2 with the Carlisle Chamber Orchestra Friday, March 29, at 8 p.m. at the Carlisle Congregational Church, 147 School Street in Carlisle.
